ABOUT US
The Madrid Film Awards - MADFA is one of the most prestigious film festivals in Spain. Based in Madrid, Spain. An Official IMDb Competition!
We believe that cinema has the power to connect people through empathy. At the Madrid Film Awards, we are looking for stories that stay with the audience after leaving the cinema and challenge how we think and feel about the world around us.
Our aim is to promote the artists who tell these stories, by providing a platform for their work and recognizing their efforts with awards in a wide range of categories.
The Festival selection committee is renewed every year but retains the premise of assuring competitors to evaluate them at their highest level. Only valuable films can receive the Competition Winner Certificate and Trophy.
Those selected and winners of each edition will be announced through the MADFA Website, official platforms and their social networks.
